This great form of exercise uses your own body weight paired with the angle of your body to target every single muscle group with a one size fits all piece of equipment.
A TRX workout can be appropriate for all fitness levels and can be used one-on-one or in groups. This tool can be used exclusively to provide a complete and full body workout or incorporated as just a part of your workout.
TRX workouts can be indoors or outside and can be used as gentle and soothing workout tool or as a dynamic and athletic tool for maximum capacity workouts!
